OUR BANK - The Federal Reserve is the central bank of the United States and is one of the most influential, trusted, and prestigious financial organizations. It consists of twelve Reserve Banks located around the country and the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C. The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta territory covers the Sixth Federal Reserve District, which includes Alabama, Florida, and Georgia, and portions of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The Atlanta Fed and the other Reserve Banks play an important part in all three of the Fed's functions: monetary policy, bank supervision and regulation, and the operation of a nationwide payment system.

SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENT:
The Audit Support Office (ASO) supports the Federal Reserve System audit community by providing strategic and innovative professional development, audit practices, and technology enablement support services. The Audit Practices portfolio of the ASO is looking for an intern to:
Create a PowerBI dashboard with automated insights into activities related to different phases of a project (Peer Review).
Create a customer facing PowerApp to bring together the different inputs, resources, parse that data, and manage the creation of deliverables for the project. It will need to facilitate review by various stakeholders.
Deliver a dashboard and PowerApp that be easily maintained with clearly defined exportable options for records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in a Bachelor or Graduate degree program through the duration of the internship.
Minimum cumulative GPA above 3.0 in academically rigorous curriculum.
Must be committed to working a 40-hour work week for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
Knowledge of Tableau/Power BI, Python or other programming languages, and Sharepoint a plus
PREFERRED MAJORS:
Analytics
Business Administration (w/ Technical Minor)
Data Science
Computer Science
Industrial Engineering
Other STEM degrees
CORE COMPETENCIES:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sharepoint
Proficient in Power BI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical skills including working with databases
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Great work ethic and detail oriented
Comfortable working across time zones to complete projects in a timely manner
