To complete our team, we are looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Analyst (m/f/d) for our location in Sevenum close to Venlo, the Netherlands. As a part of our team you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our operations & supply chain. With your data analysis skills and your expertise, you are going to contribute to efficient and smooth end-to-end logistics processes.

Job Description

About your tasks:

• Drive innovation by analyzing complex data sets and developing creative solutions to streamline and enhance business processes.
• Leverage large-scale data analysis to provide valuable insights, enabling leadership to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence team to evolve reporting tools, integrating actionable insights that have a direct impact on business outcomes.
• Play an active role in key projects, ensuring a high standard of operational excellence and efficiency across the supply chain.
• Continuously generate and present ideas to optimize operational performance and boost efficiency throughout the supply chain.

Qualifications

About you:

• You hold a degree in business, statistics, or a related field, demonstrating a strong analytical foundation.
• You bring initial experience in data analytics (internships or working student roles count!), ideally within the supply chain or a related area.
• You have a sharp analytical mind and excel at turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Pivot, is a given. Experience with R or Python is a strong advantage.
• You communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
