To complete our team, we are looking for an Experienced Business Analyst Supply Chain & Operations (m/f/d) for our location in Sevenum close to Venlo, the Netherlands. As a part of our team you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our operations & supply chain. With your data analysis skills and your expertise, you are going to contribute to efficient and smooth end-to-end logistics processes.

Job Description

About your tasks:

  • Leverage advanced data analysis techniques to develop cutting-edge solutions for process optimization, using large datasets to drive operational efficiency.
  • Refine and enhance demand forecasting models and strategies, directly impacting customer satisfaction and overall business success.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the demand and supply planning tool in collaboration with the software provider, ensuring continuous enhancement.
  • Drive improvements in reporting through close collaboration with the Business Intelligence team, delivering actionable insights.
  • Take on projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives, fostering smooth collaboration and alignment across departments.
  • Innovate and introduce forward-thinking ideas to continuously improve processes and support long-term business success.

Qualifications

  • You hold a degree with a focus on business, statistics, or a related field, demonstrating strong academic grounding.
  • You have a minimum of two years of experience in data analytics, ideally within the supply chain or demand & supply planning field.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Pivot, and experience with R or Python is a valuable asset.
  • You have advanced knowledge of demand and supply planning tools, with expertise in forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization.
  • You possess a foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
