Nous vous proposons un stage :

« Assistant responsable performance (h/f) » chez AIRBUS SAS dans la région toulousaine.

Vous rejoindrez le département Performance Management en charge du Company Performance Management.

L'équipe Performance Management a pour mission de structurer, gérer et améliorer le Performance Management System d'Airbus, un outil clé pour l'entreprise.

Notre champ d'action couvre :

• la gestion des objectifs de l'entreprise et des fonctions principales (cycle annuel)

• le reporting mensuel des performances au Comité exécutif de l'aviation commerciale (Airbus Perfo Room)

• l'architecture des KPI et du tableau de bord au sommet de l'entreprise (KPI Referential/KPI Tree)

Nous pilotons également l'harmonisation de diverses initiatives autour de la numérisation des données de performance (politique de « source unique de vérité ») et des tableaux de bord.

Le système de gestion des performances doit être précis, interfonctionnel, holistique et, en fin de compte, apporter transparence et prévisibilité sur les performances présentes et futures. Nous disposons de solides interfaces avec la communication, la gestion de l'information, la qualité, les ressources humaines, les finances, la transformation, les audits d'entreprise, la gestion des risques et les contrôles internes.

Nous sommes une petite équipe collaborative qui travaille avec responsabilisation, pragmatisme, créativité et transparence.

Votre stage :

Vous contribuerez à définir et préparer le Digital Performance Management System (PMS) - un PMS connecté et standardisé pour améliorer le suivi de l'entreprise, permettant une prise de décision éclairée basée sur les données et ouvrant la voie à l'analyse et au déploiement de l'IA à grande échelle, avec 3 piliers : référentiel KPI, arbre KPI, visualisation des données.

Idéalement, il s'agit d'un stage de 6 mois et il devrait commencer en février 2025 (date sujette à flexibilité).

Principales tâches et activités :

Votre tuteur vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et à développer vos compétences.

Vous contribuerez aux éléments suivants :

• les 3 piliers du Digital PMS :

• la digitalisation du référentiel KPI (y compris le nettoyage des données, la standardisation),
• la preuve de concept de l'arbre KPI de l'entreprise,
• la digitalisation des données de performance et le développement de tableaux de bord de performance standardisés.

• L'amélioration continue et l'automatisation de la génération des rapports de performance produits mensuellement pour la direction générale.

• Des plongées approfondies spécifiques utilisant des données commerciales et des méthodes statistiques pour fournir des informations.

• Analyse de données et développement de business intelligence.

• Changement culturel vers la transparence et la prévisibilité sur les performances présentes et futures.

Ce stage vous permettra de développer davantage les compétences suivantes :

• Analyse de données.

• Programmation (Python, SQL) dans Foundry (Palantir).

• Visualisation de données.

• Bonnes compétences en communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, en anglais.

• Compréhension de la gouvernance des données.

• Compétences interpersonnelles.

Votre Carte d'Embarquement:

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en Business Administration avec une affinité pour la programmation, les Systèmes d'Information de Gestion, la Data Science ou un domaine connexe (ou équivalent), et vous développerez les compétences suivantes :

• Esprit analytique : Capacité à analyser des données, identifier des tendances et résoudre des problèmes

• Travail en équipe : Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe et à motiver les autres

• Gestion du temps : Capacité à prioriser les tâches et à respecter les délais

• Méthodes de gestion de la performance

• Capacité à comprendre rapidement des contextes complexes

• Compréhension financière

• Gestion de projet et du changement

«Performance manager assistant (m/f) » at AIRBUS SAS in Toulouse area.

You will join the Performance Management department in charge of the Company Performance Management. 

The Performance Management team mission is to structure, manage and improve the Performance Management System of Airbus, a key enabler for the company.

Our Vision:

“We steer the company towards a state-of-the-art integrated digital performance management system, leveraging simplification and anticipation to drive sustainable growth.”

Our scope covers:

• the management of Top Company & Top Functions Objectives (yearly cycle)

• the monthly performance reporting to the Commercial Aircraft Executive Committee (Airbus Perfo Room)

• the architecture of KPIs and dashboard at the top of the company (KPI Referential/KPI Tree)

We also drive the harmonization of various initiatives around digitalization of performance data (“single source of truth” policy) and dashboards.

The Performance Management System is expected to be accurate, cross-functional, holistic, and ultimately bring transparency and predictability on present and future performance. We have strong interfaces with Communication, Information Management, Quality, Human Resources, Finance, Transformation, Corporate Audits, Risk Management and Internal controls.

We are a small, collaborative team working with empowerment, pragmatism, creativity, and transparency.

Your internship:

You will contribute to define and prepare the Digital Performance Management System (PMS) - a connected and standardized PMS to enhance business monitoring, allowing informed data-driven decision-making and paving the way for analytics and AI deployment at scale, with 3 pillars: KPI referential, KPI tree, data visualization.

Ideally, this is a 6-month internship and it should start in February 2025 (date subject to flexibility).

Main tasks and activities:

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills. 

You will contribute to the following:

• the 3 pillars of the Digital PMS:

  • the KPI referential digitalisation (incl. data cleaning, standardization),

  • the company KPI Tree Proof of Concept,

  • the digitalization of performance data and the development of standardized performance dashboards.

• Continuous improvement and automation of the generation of the performance reports produced monthly for the top management.

• Specific deep dives using business data and statistical methods to provide insights.

• Data analytics and business intelligence development.

• Cultural change towards transparency and predictability on present and future performance.

This internship will allow you to further develop the following skills: 

• Data analysis.

• Programming (Python, SQL) in Foundry (Palantir).

• Data visualization.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

• Understanding of data governance.

• Interpersonal skills.

Your Boarding Pass: 

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Business Administration with affinity for programming, Management Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent), and you will develop the following competences:

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team and motivate others
