Key Responsibilities

• Implementation of workflow using AI and ML capabilities.
• Performance improvement of the model based on model feedback
• Write business requirements aligning with AI capability

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience working within Financial Services and Banking is preferred
• Experience in AI/ML projects: Should have worked in the AI/ML implementation projects as Business Analysts.
• Understanding of AI and ML models and data analysis experience
• Experience in improving AI capabilities based on the feedback
• Possess conceptual understanding of AI models
• Experience in workflow tools like ADO, Jira etc
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and senior business stakeholders
• Data driven decision making skill
• Excellent verbal and written Communication - the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately in English
