We are looking for a PM for a high-stakes, fast-growing AI product that already processes hundreds of thousands of transactions daily. 

At Choco we went within 16 months from 0 AI revenue to AI driving 100% of our new revenue.  We took AI seriously, not for window dressing, but to bring us to our vision faster and to drive a significant part of our revenue. Because only when AI drives a majority of revenue is it at the core of the company.

We have assembled an absolutely world-class AI team that you will be working with. We work with cutting-edge tech and are an innovation driver in our industry and the broader European ecosystem.

Not only do you need to be a top-nudge PM, but you need to be a true technologist and have the fundamental conviction that AI will change business, economy, and society. Everything less than this AI conviction won’t cut it. You need to be able to think three steps ahead where the technology is evolving. You need to know everything that is going on in the AI world. If new technology develops, you must be able to throw over everything you have done. You need to believe fundamentally in how AI will shape the future.

What you will do
You will PM our world-class Choco AI team, one of the leading AI teams in the European Ecosystem. You will build together with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Designers to bring us to our vision faster: creating a sustainable food system. 

We look for that rare combination of unstoppable drive, absolute executor, analytical mindset, and an ultra-fast learner. At the same time, you need to communicate effectively with stakeholders and inspire large audiences with your deep AI understanding and vision for the product. While you will report to our Head of Product, you will work closely with our CEO. This is a high-stakes job, and we are looking for the best.

• Drive the roadmap of a cutting-edge AI product

• Own the delivery of a product that millions will use

• Shape the vision for an essential product within Choco

• Steer the GTM for this product across seven countries

• Be elbow-deep in execution

• Inspire the company and the market with your clear view of the AI future

• Be really, really close to our users to get feedback. So close you can hear them breathe and build friendships with them

• Be data-obsessed about your product’s performance

• Work with the CRO team on GTM and rollout strategies

• Supervise training data collection to enable data science efforts

• Collaborate excellently with data science, engineering and product design
