We are currently looking for a strong personality that controls our agile (SAFe) team in the area of Data & AI Platform and is responsible for the overall success of the platform. The platform is a strategic asset for the entire UNIQA Group and forms the technological basis for all future developments in the field of Data & AI.

What to expect:

• Platform Roadmap & Vision: Develop a strategic roadmap aligned with business goals and industry trends
• Product Backlog Management: Prioritize backlog based on business objectives, stakeholder needs, and technical feasibility
• Agile Team & Value Stream Management: Enhance team flow and value by resolving blockers, guided by SAFe methodology, and optimizing resources and collaboration
• Platform Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of Databricks on Azure, including operations, development, governance, and cost management
• Continuous Improvement: Drive platform improvements through data-driven decisions in an agile environment
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Maintain relationships with stakeholders across 15+ countries, gather feedback, and address needs
• Management Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on platform progress using defined success metrics

What we expect:

• Management experience as agile product/platform manager in the data and enterprise context
• Extensive ability to create convincing visions and roadmaps
• Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills with the ability to address stakeholder requirements at all levels
• Deep understanding of user needs and the ability to translate them into product requirements
• Strong problem-solving and analytics skills to address complex challenges in Matrix organizations
• Knowledge of modern data platforms (concepts), cloud technologies, data engineering principles and trends in the field of data & AI
• Experiences with Databricks, Microsoft Azure and the SAFe methodology are a plus
