  • Build and nurture data relationships across the organisation, promoting a data-driven culture.
  • Mentor and develop data analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Advanced SQL skills, experience with Tableau or other visualisation tools.
  • Domain Knowledge: Preferably experienced in financial services, specifically mortgages.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to turn business problems into data problems and present actionable insights.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills to articulate data insights and influence stakeholders.
  • Organisation: High levels of organization and a passion for driving data-driven improvements.

It'd also be great if you have:

  • Technical Expertise: Experience with DBT, data modelling, and machine learning/AI in Python, R, or another programming language.
  • Cloud Experience: Proficiency with GCP/AWS, especially their ML/AI services.
