In this role, you will analyze and manage data, providing actionable insights that support the organization’s decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness through data-driven solutions.

- Flexible between 8 AM - 5 PM Phoenix, AZ
Key Responsibilities and Performance Metrics:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Report Accuracy (≥ 99%), Report Timeliness (≥ 95% on-time delivery), User Satisfaction (≥ 4.5/5)
Expectations:
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to improve legal marketing and operational effectiveness.
Utilize data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio) to clearly present data to stakeholders.
Predictive Analytics and Modeling:
KPIs: Model Accuracy (≥ 80%), Model Deployment Time (≤ 3 months), Return on Investment (Positive ROI)
Expectations:
Develop predictive models for settlement forecasting and campaign targeting, ensuring they maintain high predictive accuracy.
Lead the deployment of models from development to production within an optimal timeframe.
Data Integrity and Accuracy:
KPIs: Data Accuracy Rate (≥ 99%), Error Resolution Time (≤ 48 hours), Data Quality Score (≥ 90/100)
Expectations:
Conduct regular data audits and establish validation processes to ensure data integrity.
Quickly resolve discrepancies to maintain the highest standards of data accuracy.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
KPIs: Collaboration Effectiveness (≥ 4 cross-department projects/year), Stakeholder Engagement (Monthly meetings with positive feedback), Data Utilization Rate (≥ 85% of departments using data insights)
Expectations:
Work with marketing and legal teams to improve data quality and delivery timelines.
Establish a feedback loop with vendors to ensure ongoing data-driven improvements.
Leadership and Mentorship:
KPIs: Team Development (≥ 20 mentorship hours/year), Employee Growth (≥ 15% improvement in mentee performance), Leadership Effectiveness (≥ 4.5/5 feedback from mentees)
Expectations:
Mentor junior data team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Lead by example in cross-departmental projects, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field or at least 5 years experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, SQL, MongoDB).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in legal data or legal marketing is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
Familiarity with digital marketing analytics.
