We are now looking for a Global Supply Chain Quality Data Analyst

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • System owner and ambassador of the existing global Total Quality Dashboard.
  • Developing, Improving and deploying Total Quality Data, Reports and Dashboards, engaging with key stakeholders.
  • Consolidating/Standardizing quality dashboards and reporting across Cytiva.
  • Training users in proper data analytics and best practice sharing.
  • Measurement system analysis (Gauge R&R) and Signal-to-noise assessments for existing metrics to facilitate robust measurement processes.
  • Aligning change control, securing data/KPI quality.
  • Working closely with cross functional stakeholders on a global level, Product managers, QA and Site Quality Leaders to align on priorities.
  • Strong advocate for Proactive Quality measurements for existing products.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in a related field (Quality / Statistics / Computer Science) or at least 6 years of related experience
  • Minimum of 5 additional years of work experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, R&D or supply chain roles.  Experience using applied statistics.
  • Experience from working with cross functional processes, with high standard of communication, both verbal and written in English with excellent influencing skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Clear thinking visionary – searching for “best in class solutions” that can be applied in shortest possible time frame.
  • Balancing “Continuous improvement mindset”, and “Quality Mindset”, attention to detail, without “analysis paralysis”
  • Ability to plan and manage a range of priorities, and deliver projects to deadline, within an agreed/defined standard
  • Advanced user in Excel, ability to create database queries and experience in Oracle and/or SAP.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Hands on experience of Cytiva Processes is considered a big plus.
  • Power BI, Qliksense, SFDC Veeva, and/or Machine learning
  • Experience from practical application of Six Sigma is desired (processes and tools).
