Your Tasks

As part of a dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in connection with the following tasks:

 

  • Participate in the area of Future lab/ Applied Digitalization.
  • Assist in the processing of large structured and unstructured data and their analysis and interpretation.
  • Creation of ML models to automate data analysis
  • Help to manage and control for data quality by applying quality check routines.
  • Learn together with the team, to explore and identify patterns and conduct proof of concepts for predictions from data, using data mining and machine learning methods.
  • Review and interpret the development of new analysis methods and the resulting data.
  • Support other initiatives in our lab.

Your Profile

  • Studying Masters in the field of Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
  • Duly enrolled throughout the working student  period.
  • Scientific interest and understanding.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team.
  • Good command of German and English.
  • Sound knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Data Science, dashboards and programming with Python. R is a plus
  • Experience in working in a lab also a plus.
  • Availability 2-3 days a week, totaling 18 hours a week.
