- Living Roadmap Management: Maintain and actively manage a Living Roadmap that projects expected delivery timelines for both new SKUs and feature/functionality updates for the communities we serve, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

- Burn/Earn Management: Actively manage the Burn/Earn process by working with Finance to ensure adherence to budgets and provide clear visibility into financial performance and project results.

- GRC Compliance: Ensure alignment with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) standards, with a particular focus on healthcare regulations and emerging requirements for AI/ML technologies. Stay updated on regulatory changes and work with internal teams to ensure all AI/ML operations adhere to necessary standards and legal frameworks.

- Matrix Team Coordination: Lead the AI/ML Cabinet, a matrixed group of stakeholders from various parts of the organization, to ensure visibility, alignment, and coordination of AI/ML initiatives across roles that may report to other departments. This individual will not have direct reports but will oversee collaboration and coordination between these matrixed roles.

- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between AI/ML teams and GTM stakeholders, communicating progress, challenges, and achievements effectively across departments.

- Data & Performance Monitoring: Establish and oversee performance metrics, ensuring that AI/ML models and solutions are delivering value, remain adaptable, and are aligned with market demands.
