Roche has established Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE) at Chennai and Hyderabad to drive analytics & technology driven solutions by partnering with Roche affiliates across the globe.

As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, performance, and stability of Machine Learning Pipeline. This role involves working in a team to build advanced ML solutions for different Business Use Cases for Roche.

Your Opportunity

• Collect, clean, and lead large datasets related to product performance and patient complaints

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for further analysis

• Use advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover insights and root causes

• Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to key collaborators

• Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and customer service

• Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships to achieve ideal project delivery and foster collaboration

Who You Are:

• You holds bachelor degree with 2+ years of experience in Data Science with good knowledge of SQL and Python. Preferably, you have a Master's in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Economics/Econometrics, Computer Science or related field

• Certifications on AI/ML/Data science would be an added advantage

• Should have experience in AWS , Python, Github and SQL

• Strong experience in building data science/statistical models (Multivariate regression, Time Series Model, XGBoost, Causal inference etc.)

• Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, Causal Inference. Good knowledge of ML tools and frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Spark)

• Knowledge of US/Europe pharmaceutical market and experience with pharmaceutical data would be a plus
