To deliver world class and globally consistent experience for Gartner associates
Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Winners Circle Data Management:
Own and manage a complex data set for Winners Circle, our annual incentive events.
Set up and manage the Winners Circle qualifier list.
Keep accurate records of complex and changing data sets.
Managing day to day data changes to the qualifier list and communicating changes with the wider team.
Partner with stakeholders in HR and Finance to collect accurate data on qualifiers.
Partner with the registration team on day-to-day data changes.
Partner with the registration team to create and implement necessary report sets and distribute to the wider team.
Answering email queries from Winners regarding qualification data.
Support the wider team with data requests.
Support with complex Gala Dinner seating arrangements for groups up to 1,000 people

Professional Experience:
4+ years events/project management experience
Technical/Professional Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven project management skills
Data analysis
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Collaboration with cross-functional key business unit stakeholders to improve the overall process
High sense of urgency and professionalism
Fully Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Willingness to travel approximately 25% of time globally
