The Pricing Master Data leader will work cross-functionally with business owners to analyze customer pricing needs, understand processes and policies that impact our Master data quality, design, and implement solutions successfully.  This role will coach, develop, and manage two pricing associates, and report to the Pricing Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads, and continually improves end to end understanding and coordination of Pricing Master Data
  • Ensures Pricing for new and existing business is correct, and aligns with Local/Regional/Global pricing, and reporting structures.
  • Interacts with business stakeholders to assess and understand business requirements, communicate update plans and status
  • Interact as a leader on local and regional projects as assigned
  • Subject matter expert on SAP pricing maintenance to easily create and edit customer pricing in SAP ensuring accurate customer invoicing and no delays in customer order processing.
  • Monitor and manage shared inbox to resolve pricing issues on customer orders.
  • Monitor and ensure individual and department KPIs are being met such as no manually priced orders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pricing
  • Demonstrated proficiency all MS Office applications, with a high proficiency in MS Excel vlookups, pivot tables, advanced If formulas).
  • Value-add mindset with demonstrated track record of delivering results and process improvement.
  • Experience with accurately compiling, analyzing, presenting and interpreting data to facilitate decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with SAP, BW preferred.
  • Professional communication skills – Should be able to communicate with peers, customers and vendors, and senior management.
  • Professional and effective facilitation skills - Should be able to facilitate group discussions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment – Should be able to adapt to varied and changing responsibilities, multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Action orientated - Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes
  • Collaborative team player - Should be able to establish solid working relationships with stakeholders
  • People leadership experienced preferred.
