Client Data Analyst

• Design and implement data analytics frameworks tailored to optimize retail operations and customer engagement across multiple store locations.
• Utilize advanced data mining techniques to extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets, identifying trends and patterns that drive business decisions.
• Develop and deploy predictive models to forecast sales, inventory needs, and customer behavior, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Develop customized analytical solutions using advanced mathematical techniques to address specific business challenges and opportunities in the retail sector.
• Analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, recommending strategies to enhance sales, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
• Create and execute data-driven strategies to improve store operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
• Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau, providing real-time insights into store performance and key metrics.
• Utilize big data analytics to personalize customer experiences, including targeted promotions, loyalty programs, and tailored product recommendations.
• Integrate disparate data sources, including point-of-sale systems, CRM databases, and social media analytics, to create a unified view of retail operations and customer interactions.
• Perform in-depth market and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning, including assessing market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences

Requirements

Tertiary level Business or Data Management qualification

Relevant experience in an operations and / or similar administrative role

Advanced ability in Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
