Senior Clinical Data Analyst

The Senior Clinical Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, creating visualizations and storytelling using data related to Quality, Safety, Service and Value. This senior position collaborates with the Performance Improvement Advisor(s) to identify opportunities for improved performance, and supports various projects by conducting various analyses as needed. The Analyst is also a subject matter expert for data mining and statistical analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred fields: Mathematics, Computer Science or Health Science/Administration or other Healthcare related discipline.
• 3 years Healthcare related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework: Training in Premier, MEDITECH, Epic.
• upon hire: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
• upon hire: Belt Certification.
• 5 years Data management/analytic experience.
• Intermediate level user experience in Excel, Access or Tableau.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
