Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our People Analytics team. This role is ideal for a student who is passionate about data analysis and has experience with Power BI. You will support our team in analyzing employee data to provide insights that drive strategic HR decisions.

Your Tasks:

• Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing employee data from various sources.
• Report Development: Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key HR metrics.
• Trend Identification: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data and provide actionable insights.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR team members on using Power BI.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience with Power BI, including creating dashboards and reports is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and metrics.
• Knowledge of other data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Previous experience in a similar role or internship is a plus.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations.
