AI and Automation Specialist (Valencia, Full Time)

Are you a professional in the field of artificial intelligence and automation, eager to drive transformative change through cutting-edge technology? At Helloprint, we are looking for a skilled AI and Automation Specialist to support the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that will redefine customer interactions and optimize operational efficiency.

What you do

As an AI and Automation Specialist, you will work closely with our Operations and Technology teams to develop and implement AI-driven automation strategies. Your role will focus on supporting the implementation of chat and email automation, increasing the percentage of automated replies while maintaining a high standard of quality throughout. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing scalable AI solutions, utilizing machine learning models and natural language processing to optimize customer interactions. Helping to create and refine policies and protocols that allow automation to take on additional processes, ensuring seamless integration and consistent quality.

• Contributing to the coding, testing, and debugging of software applications, machine learning algorithms, and automation tools

• Participating in team discussions, offering innovative ideas to enhance AI and automation solutions.

• Engaging in research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation.

Requirements

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field, with significant hands-on experience in automation and AI-driven projects.

• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and RPA technologies.

• Proven ability to design and implement AI-based solutions that drive tangible business value, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• A proactive and innovative mindset, able to think strategically and execute solutions that push the boundaries of automation.
