As a Conversion Rate Optimization & Data Analysis Consultant (f/m/d), you will be responsible for continuously improving the user experience on websites and increasing the conversion rate. Your focus will be on analyzing user data, conducting usability tests, and developing data-driven optimization strategies. 

 

What you are responsible for 

  • User Experience Evaluation and Optimization: You will analyze the user experience on websites and apps, identify weaknesses, and develop suggestions for improvement, such as increasing the conversion rate. 

  • Data Analysis and Dashboard Management: You will collect, analyze, and interpret marketing and usage data, maintaining dashboards for continuous monitoring. 

  • KPI Reporting: You will conduct performance reviews and create KPI reports using tools such as Power BI, GA4, and Looker Studio. 

  • Quantitative Analysis: You will create and present quantitative analyses of user behavior using popular web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. 

  • Usability Testing and User Feedback: You will conduct usability tests and gather user feedback to make data-driven decisions for design and UX improvements. 

 

What you are good at 

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and present it clearly. 

  • Experience in UX and Web Optimization: Proven experience in optimizing user experience and web analytics. 

  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Matomo) and testing tools. Ideally, familiarity with Contentsquare or other visual analytics tools. 

  • Data Visualization: Ability to create data analyses and visualize them clearly. 

  • English and German Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English and German. 

  • Interest in the latest technologies and experience with server-side tracking, such as in BigQuery (Google Cloud Platform), is a plus.
