What tasks await you?

• The definition of appropriate measures to measure productivity and quality growth for software developers by generative AI.

• Developing a concept for identifying and defining relevant metrics.

• You will create general recommendations for using generative AI in software development.

• Selection and implementation of some of these measures in real examples at Mercedes-Benz.

• Selected measures could be examples:

• Conducting a target group analysis to describe the development process in detail.

• Creation of generic metrics that can be adapted project-specifically.

• Incorporation into our website to present the metrics.

• Creation of tutorials that facilitate the integration of metrics in software development.

How do you fit into our team?

• You major in Data Science, (economic) Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar program and have successfully completed your undergraduate program.

• Desire for design and creativity characterize you.

• You have basic knowledge of metrics and dashboards.

• Working with websites databases, APIs, and reporting tools will bring you joy.

• You have good communication skills and are characterized by teamwork skills.

• Experience with Github is desirable.

• Excellent knowledge of German and English round off your profile.

Flexible working hours

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
