What You'll do 
Our team ensures the observability of the ABAP Cloud Platform. We develop concepts for monitoring, logging, and tracing, as well as instrument business application frameworks. Additionally, we provide modern UIs and dashboards for development operations (Grafana) and customers (SAP Fiori), and leverage AI for intelligent operations. Our close collaboration with partners, stakeholders, and customers creates a technically challenging and diverse work environment with international contacts.
 
You will be responsible for supporting our team in implementing AI use cases, which includes setting up pipelines for training AI models and conducting their inference. We are using Python, Go, and JavaScript to develop AI solutions that will be deployed in our cloud environment.

• Kubernetes and cloud deployment 
• Data science
• Programming languages, such as Go, Python, or C++
• GitHub
• Fluency in English and German

The ABAP Cloud Platform serves as the foundation for S/4HANA, which is the core of SAP's Cloud ERP. SAP BTP ABAP Environment is SAP's Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offering for ABAP Cloud development. It enables developers to leverage their existing on-premises ABAP knowledge to create and run ABAP Cloud applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform. This environment is built on cutting-edge cloud technologies, including Kubernetes.
