Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 8 data professionals to support the Wealth & Pension (W&P) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance businesses.

- Execute management's vision by leading the team in investigating, scoping, planning, and hands-on execution of data-driven projects.

- Provide ad-hoc data support and create project KPIs for various business teams.

- Ensure proper data pipeline, access, and governance processes are in place.

- Serve as the Records Management and Data Governance subject matter expert.

- Develop the annual Data Team Roadmap.

- Manage and mentor the data team to deliver on business requirements.

- Create Tableau dashboards and automate data processing using SQL and Python.

- Conduct data analytics and data science studies to drive business insights.

- Oversee records management and data governance initiatives.

- Manage the Tableau platform and licenses for the organization.

- Support the finance team with closing processes and data automation.

- Provide customer analytics support to the business.

- Automate management reporting and information delivery.

Preferred Background and Experience:

- Deep Tableau experience with data visualizations.

- Strong team leadership and people management skills.

- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle), Tableau, and Python.

- Experience in data automation and governance.

- Project management and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of the MPF pension, life insurance, and medical insurance industries (preferred).
