Data Scientist

We’re seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic and innovative team. You’ll play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making, developing advanced analytical models, and leading complex data science projects.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract insights from large datasets, develop predictive models, and provide strategic recommendations to optimise business processes and drive growth.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver Data Science Projects: Work with your team to execute end-to-end data science projects, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, validation, and deployment. 
  • Statistical Analysis: Apply advanced statistical techniques to analyse large datasets and uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that provide valuable insights to support business objectives. 
  • Machine Learning and Modelling: Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis, natural language processing, and deep learning. 
  • Data Visualisation: Create clear and compelling visualisations to effectively communicate complex analytical findings. 
  • Performance Optimisation: Continuously improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of existing models and algorithms, and identify areas for optimisation and innovation. 

How you’ll do it
  • Previous experience working in a Data Science role with a track record of successfully delivering data-driven projects. 
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, data mining, and data manipulation.
  • Experience with ML clouds such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically, and interpret complex data.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and related fields.
