About the role

As a Junior Strategist at BOI, you’ll be at the forefront of AI x Innovation from day one, working directly with clients and taking on a key role within our team. You’ll be instrumental in delivering successful outcomes and impactful deliverables—one day, you might be conducting AI-powered research to define the AI strategy for the CMO of a top-3 FMCG company. The next, you're building a no-code tool that screens through a patent database to generate new business model ideas for the world's largest paper manufacturer. You'll learn by doing, supporting the wider team with research, data collection, analysis, and design, while proactively taking on tasks to streamline project delivery. Your consistent delivery of accurate, thoughtful, and timely work, paired with your positive attitude, will make you a highly valued team member here at BOI

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who embodies these qualities:

• A Strategic Innovator: You have 1-2 years of experience in innovation, strategy, or AI, whether from consulting, a tech startup, or research in cutting-edge AI technologies.
• AI Pioneer: You’re excited by the limitless possibilities of generative AI, and you have a track record of experimenting with LLMs, experience in using no-code AI tools is a big bonus. 
• A Detail-Oriented Project Manager: You have excellent prioritization skills, using data to drive decisions that optimize project outcomes.
• Collaborative Explorer with a Passion for Learning: You thrive in cross-functional teams and challenge the status quo while fostering a culture of innovation and shared knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in uncertainty, embracing challenges and diving into uncharted territory to pioneer innovative, first-in-kind solutions to complex problems.
