Your Tasks

• Lead the strategy for AI-driven product development, specifically tailored to the needs of the social media industry. Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to transform ideas into implementable AI solutions.
• Spearhead the design and development of proprietary AI tools and systems that solve specific challenges within the social media landscape, enhancing both internal processes and client offerings.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate current workflows using AI technology, boosting efficiency across our agency and delivering impactful results.
• Work alongside development teams to create detailed requirement profiles, prioritize the product backlog, and define user stories that align with stakeholder needs. Oversee and coordinate agile sprints to deliver new AI-driven features and products.
• You won't just manage; you'll also actively contribute to implementing AI solutions, including writing and refining smaller GPT models when necessary.
• Partner with data scientists, developers, and creative teams to ensure the successful execution of AI products that are both technically advanced and user-friendly.
• Keep up to date with the latest AI and social media trends, using these insights to inform product innovation and future-proof our services.
• Lead product testing, gather user feedback, and work on the continuous optimization of AI solutions, ensuring performance and user satisfaction.
• Work closely with our clients to understand their AI needs, driving customized solutions and ongoing improvements.

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner or in a similar role, with a strong focus on AI-based products or technologies.
• Deep understanding of AI, including experience with machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and GPT models. Proven ability to lead the development of custom AI solutions.
• Familiarity with the social media industry, especially in relation to AI applications within social platforms, content creation, and engagement strategies.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Flux, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Runway, or HeyGen is a huge plus.
• Proven track record in working with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and user story creation.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution-oriented thinker who can address challenges both strategically and operationally.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams involving developers, designers, data scientists, and marketing professionals.
