About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for P2P Process, Systems & Data Manager to join our Finance team on a permanent, full time basis.

You will be a part of a dynamic team and will be responsible to ensure the process is optimised through the effective management of TSA’s Strategic Spend Management Platform (Coupa), the related technology ecosystem and the P2P data and reporting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a joint custodian of the P2P strategy, ensure it remains current and aligned with TSA’s systems and personnel capabilities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive “P2P knowledge system” that includes relevant process and procedure documentation.
• Act as a point of escalation for the P2P support team, ensuring that resolutions are documented and integrated into the “P2P knowledge system.”
• Create a supplier enablement strategy and manage a program to onboard more suppliers (spend and transactions) onto the Coupa system.
• Provide tactical data solutions for P2P reporting needs using the Azure technology stack (e.g., Data Factory & SQL) as necessary.

About You

The ideal candidate will have string technical background with substantial experience in implementing and maintaining P2P systems with a focus on enabling various suppliers on P2P system.

Key Capabilities:

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Business, IT, Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of the P2P process, including Expense Management, with a strong understanding of supplier enablement strategies and concepts.
• Excellent technical expertise in P2P systems, including cXML and other enabling technologies, as well as integrations with user provisioning systems and ERPs.
• Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of the P2P data domain, including a solid understanding of the data ETL process.
