Field Distribution Support Analyst – The Auto Club Group

What you will do:

Assist Field and Product Leadership in performing sales planning, budgeting, and analysis under direct supervision.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data on sales trends, pricing, performance metrics, market share, and other sales-related statistics that drive sales performance
• Generate regular reports for management to sales strategy efficiency
• Utilize models to forecast outcomes
• Support sales and revenue models using pipeline analysis using key sales performance indicators
• Collaborate with marketing and finance to support development of effective and competitive sales goals
• Prepare and distribute standard reports for Field Sales Leaders and Development Specialist across all distribution channels
• Work with Field Distribution Analyst Team to leveraging modeling and analytics to drive better business decisions
• Recommend action items based on analysis to improve sales performance
• Assist in implementing analysis results and monitor their effectiveness
• Assist in forecasting project outcomes, identifying potential issues and recommending improvements
• Conduct return on investment analysis to assess and determine effectiveness of various initiatives and plans, under supervision
• Maintain project documentation and provide updates to management periodically
• Stay informed about reporting systems and modeling techniques and analyze sales activities

Field Distribution Support Analyst will earn a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance.

We’re looking for candidates who:

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics or a relevant field

Experience:

• One year of experience in reporting and exploratory data analysis
• Sales analytics, business analytics and/or building statistical modeling
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and database querying tools
• Using desktop computing skills (word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation graphics software programs)
• Conducting risk assessments and root cause analysis
• Evaluating effectiveness and efficiency of systems and business strategies
• Cost/benefit analysis
• Analyzing performance problems
• Preparing and presenting information to management

Knowledge of:

• Basic reporting, modeling and analytic techniques
• Sales industry practices and procedures
• Sales techniques and delivery systems

Skills and Ability to:

• Analyze and interpretate data
• Preparation and presentation of materials
• Achieve stated objectives within designated time frame

• Create and interpret sales models, results and return on investment reporting

Work Environment 

This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operation unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership.  This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.
