What you'll be doing:

Become a data leader at Avon. Leverage cutting-edge tech, champion data best practices, and drive efficiencies. Deliver foundational data using Snowflake, AWS Glue, Python and advanced SQL. Collaborate with cross functional teams to champion data across markets. Understand KPIs, business rules, data governance, and GDPR. Work closely with the Analytics CoE team to deliver data visualizations.

• Deliver the foundation of data through gathering and understanding the business requirements, documenting and delivering them within the current platform, using tools like Snowflake(SQL), AWS Glue and Python
• Requirement gathering, design, document and deliver data products
• Ensure KPIs are delivered effectively
• Validation of the data, process and business rules required
• Providing the right data sources to enable self-serve analytics for the business
• Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver excellent end to end data visualizations through effective delivery of the right data product and ensure KPIs are communicated effectively
• Supports Central analytics team with data needed
• Strong relationships with Western Europe analytics and business teams
• Work with IT and Data Operations teams to ensure solutions are comprehensive and aligned with data strategy
• Build and run complex ad-hoc queries for the business
• Develop yourself further into a SME for Avon by developing and sharing with others

We'd love you to have:

• Degree-level graduate or 3 years of commercial experience
• 1-3 years experience of Tableau, SQL and ETL tools
• Engagement in Tableau Community would be beneficial
• Tableau Certified Desktop Specialist (desirable), or other visualization tools equivalent
• Tools: Essential: Tableau, Snowflake/SQL,
• Desirable: prior experince with Tableau, Looker, Qlik/Power BI, Oracle/SQL, Python/R, AWS Glue
• Must have self-drive and initiative to follow curiosity and solve problems.Requires to work with the business and analytical team to develop new data sources
