What you’ll achieve
As a Quality Assurance Engineer 1, you will be part of Global Operation Quality team to drive the effort towards Quality 4.0 transformation.

Your key task will be to manage Quality Metrics & Drive for Improvement.

Among other key task will be to develop or support to establish Quality analytic/predictive tool, Big Data analysis and drive for Quality improvement.

You will work with Global Data Analytics Team and local team members from various department on Quality improvement & projects toward automation & digitalization.

You will:
 

• Work with Global Data Analytics Team and local team members from various department on projects toward automation & digitalization.

• Work with Manufacturing and other supporting teams on projects to drive for Quality improvement.

•  Develops resolutions to problems of limited scope, supports products, processes and applications with specific, outlined, and detailed procedures.

• Completes small-scale routine product launches and acts in a supporting or joint ownership role on large-scale product launches.

•  Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor and other exempt professionals in the group or department.

• Resolves complex system issues and interacts with vendors on failure trends

Essential Requirements

• Typically requires 0+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience

• Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply

• Proficient in SQL, Python or other relevant programming language

• Data Visualization tool knowledge with good communication skills

•  Knowledge in Quality or Machine Learning is an added advantage
