Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $97,100.00 - $161,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Data Analytics, Reporting, & Investigations Manager and play a key role in supporting fraud detection, ethics investigations, and risk management strategies through data-driven insights.

As a Data Analytics, Reporting, & Investigations Manager, you will lead efforts to analyze and interpret complex data sets, uncover trends, and recommend fraud detection controls. You will be instrumental in providing investigative research and delivering actionable insights to help guide key decisions and protect our organization from risk. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct in-depth investigations and develop innovative solutions for risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced data analysis to support investigations related to fraud, ethics, and compliance concerns.

  • Analyze large, complex data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, correlations, and patterns that require further review.

  • Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders, including senior management.

  • Use predictive analytics to forecast trends and proactively mitigate organizational risks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and context for investigations, ensuring comprehensive analysis.

  • Document investigative steps and findings, supporting interviews, and other investigative tasks as necessary.

  • Assist the Senior Director in preparing reports for the Disclosure and Audit Committees.

  • Stay up to date on emerging trends in data analysis, fraud detection, and investigative techniques.

  • Serve as the lead administrator for the Ethics Point (Navex) reporting system, managing the investigation process, troubleshooting issues, and working with technology teams to ensure seamless user experience.

  • Lead efforts to evolve and enhance dashboarding and reporting capabilities.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Strong ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.

  • Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.

  • Excellent metadata management skills and a focus on ensuring data quality and integrity.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, assess risks, and generate actionable insights.

  • Experience with database systems and an understanding of data structures, especially outside of ethics & compliance systems.

  • A proactive, investigative approach to solving complex issues, including fraud and operational inefficiencies.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Accounting/Auditing, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience is required, or a Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience or a Ph.D. with 1+ years of experience. Candidates with 10+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, investigations, or risk management may also be considered.

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, investigations, or another related field with demonstrated expertise in data analysis, fraud detection, and mitigation or risk management.

  • Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strategic approach to work

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Effective communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to create comprehensive presentations for senior leadership

  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines

  • Capable of working in an agile, fast-paced environment

  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data Analytics Certifications.

  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification.
