Job Description:

Attrition backfills for Billable resource of IDBI EDW account

Roles & Responsibilities:

SAS Admin L2:

- Install and configure SAS software: This includes defining servers, administering web applications, and interfacing with other support teams and vendors.

- Monitor system performance: This involves tasks such as monitoring disk space, memory usage, CPU usage, and network I/O usage. It also includes inspecting the status of scheduled jobs, examining user activity reports, and checking the status of SAS servers.

- Troubleshoot issues: This includes reading through SAS logs to work through problems, finding root causes, and rectifying them.

- Manage user access: This involves onboarding new users, offboarding old users, and working with the SAS user community.

- Maintain a SAS Scalable Performance Data Server (SPDS) implementation: This includes performing regular maintenance tasks like applying application updates, making configuration changes, and managing user accounts.

- Training: Implement a training plan for SAS Admins.

- Security: Write and maintain a security policy that covers the SAS platform. Define a backup and recovery strategy.

- Stay informed: Keep up with SAS updates, upgrades, hotfixes, announcements, and support notes.
