The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT takes care all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization. 
 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Collaboration with other IT team members and infrastructure architects on best practices, patterns, and vision for Data Platform architecture, self-service, API, and automation
  • Working closely with development teams to ensure operational policies and controls align with development processes, including creative automation of redundant activities
  • Participating in end-to-end development with business users through prototyping, validation, implementation, launch, and further iterations. You participate in architecture and roadmap discussions
  • Design new product and service features to scale the Data Platform landscape, and support developers implementing them
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience preferred
  • 7+ years of experience working in Azure and cloud computing, with a strong focus on data platforms and analytics
  • Proficiency in the building blocks of Azure cloud services, architecture, and data platforms relevant to data management, analytics, and processing
  • Extensive expertise in Databricks and big data technologies is critical
  • Experience in developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps
  • The ability to effectively facilitate different development teams and stay up to date on the latest technical developments in our space, including Databricks, GenAI, ML platforms, and other emerging technologies
  • Good knowledge of Software Design Patterns and programming experience, as well as experience with basic building blocks of Azure Cloud infrastructure such as Resource Groups, AAD, Storage Accounts, etc.
  • Experience working with infrastructure automation using Terraform, as well as experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines and tooling (e.g. git)
  • Fluent in German and English

  • Fluency in Python & SQL
  • Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-303 + AZ-304), DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203), and Databricks certifications
