We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Data Analyst to join our Data Analyst team of Customer Interactions and Monetization Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to support business in their analytical needs, through descriptive analytics and diagnosis, generating insights and recommendations that support better decision making and derives in greater commercial results.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person, who connects successfully with Business areas, understands their needs, their services and products functioning and the data ecosystem, and can generate accurate and meaningful data driven analysis and recommendations.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Business Data Analyst, you will:

Proactively connect Business areas and understand their needs, their services and products functioning and the data ecosystem, and can generate accurate data driven analysis and recommendations, as…

Co-create product analysis trends to increase sales conversion, reduce product attrition, improve digital funnels, support recurrent or ad hoc inbound/ outbound communication campaigns, etc.

Customer analysis to understand customer behavior, customer lifetime value, determine customer segmentation and create customer evolution forecast.

Support and advice business on their reporting needs and any other analytical need.

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or other degree with strong analytical content.

Full proficiency in Excel, SAS and SQL (knowledge of other programming languages such as R or Python will be appreciated).

At least 3-6 years of experience in a comparable role, transforming data to extract key business insights using statistical/analytical concepts (experience in retail investments products will be appreciated).

Your communication skills enable you to work together with many different parties throughout our organization.

Willing and able to learn and to improve your technical and your interpersonal skills.

Customer centric.

Fluent English will be appreciated.

Como Analista de Datos de Negocio, deberás:

Conectar proactivamente las áreas de Negocio y entender sus necesidades, el funcionamiento de sus servicios y productos y el ecosistema de datos, pudiendo generar análisis y recomendaciones precisas basadas en datos, como....

Análisis de clientes para comprender el comportamiento de los clientes, el valor del ciclo de vida de los clientes, determinar la segmentación de los clientes y crear previsiones de evolución de los clientes.

Apoyar y asesorar al negocio en sus necesidades de informes y cualquier otra necesidad analítica.

Licenciatura en matemáticas, estadística, informática, economía u otra titulación con un fuerte contenido analítico.

Dominio total de Excel, SAS y SQL (se valorará el conocimiento de otros lenguajes de programación como R o Python).

Al menos de 3 a 6 años de experiencia en un puesto similar, transformando datos para extraer perspectivas empresariales clave utilizando conceptos estadísticos/analíticos (se valorará la experiencia en productos de inversión minorista).

Sus habilidades de comunicación le permiten trabajar con muchas partes diferentes en toda nuestra organización.

Dispuesto y capaz de aprender y mejorar sus habilidades técnicas e interpersonales.

Centrado en el cliente.

Se valorará el dominio del inglés.
