We’re looking for a Billings Data Analyst to join our ever-evolving Global Revenue Operations team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team

Our Data Analytics and Insights team are pivotal to the success of the Global Revenue Operations team who manage $1.5BN in monthly billed revenue. The team provide Analytics, Insights, Functional Reporting and Internal Control to the wider Organisation.

What you’ll own

• Produce MI reporting and analysis that support the Billing and Revenue teams.
• Support day to day data billing analytics activities.
• Support to Worldpay customers with invoice and billing queries.
• Use data to investigate and remediate issues.
• Support internal and external audit.
• Help to build and maintain a suite of robust billing and revenue controls.
• Work closely with other business areas, including Commercial, Product, Revenue and Finance teams, providing data-driven results and insights to support a broad range of projects and initiatives.

What you bring

• Proven data analysis skills
• SQL for analysis
• Experience using Tableau for data visualization
• Advanced level MS Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Stakeholder management
• Prioritization & time management - Comfortable working to deadlines and under tight timescales
• Good communication skills - Ability to communicate data-driven results and influence various levels across the organisation.
• Highly driven and focussed on delivering quality outputs.
• A drive to see queries through to the end.

Added bonus if you have:

• Project management skills
• Experience working in a large organisation previously, specifically in a financial orientated department
• Snowflake
• Python/R for data analysis
