Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Summer Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our data analytics team to support our data-driven initiatives, contribute to our analytics projects, and gain insight into how data analytics drives business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Cleaning:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for analysis.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing routine checks and validations.

Data Analysis:

• Use statistical methods and software tools to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data distributions and relationships.

Data Visualization:

• Create visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.

• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain reports summarizing analytical findings and insights.

• Assist in generating regular and ad-hoc reports for various departments.

Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik or similar software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prior internship or project experience in data analytics is a plus.
