Join us as an Artificial Intelligence Data Scientist! As an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Scientist, you will play a critical part in BBH Digital transformation by conducting research, designing, prototyping, & validating machine learning models to assure achievement of desired business outcomes. As part of our AI Platform Team, your primary focus will be developing and implementing Machine Learning & statistical models that transform & elevate our business while shaping and driving our AI strategies.

Some of your key responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business challenges & identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, evaluate, tune & deploy Machine Learning algorithms that turn data into actionable insights.
• Continuously research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in Machine Learning & AI to apply cutting edge techniques in our solutions.
• Proactively work with large datasets, ensuring integrity & effectiveness of data used in Machine Learning Models. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs & business correlation of analyzed data.
• Lead initiatives to enhance our data analytics capabilities with a focus on predictive & prescriptive analytics through Machine Learning.
• Develop & maintain AI models.

Desired Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques & statistical concepts
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, SciPy).
• Working Python knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure cloud.
• Understanding of databases & SQL for data retrieval.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts
• Proven track record of developing & deploying models that have driven business impact.
• Experience with planning, construction & testing of ETL pipelines for data processing.
• At least 4 years as experience in a Machine Learning or Data Scientist role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience building automated pipelines for model training.
• Experience with building Python microservices
