About the Role

An opportunity has become available for a HR Data Analyst & Administrator to join the HR Team.

Working as a member of the Human Resources team, the HR Data Analyst & Administrator will be responsible for delivering exceptional and ongoing customer service and administration support to the Human Resources department.

You will be responsible for collecting, analysing and reporting on HR data to support strategic decision making and improve long term organisational effectiveness. This position involves developing and maintaining HR metrics and reports, providing insights to the Australian Human Resources and Executive team.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve data collection methods.
  • Assist in the development of HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Support HR administration tasks including onboarding, employee records, and compliance.

Skills & Experience

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of HR policies and legal processes and procedures.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner with a drive to succeed.
  • Knowledge of best practice and the latest trends in the Human Resources field.
  • Exceptional computer skills and knowledge, including intermediate to advance knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel.
