About the Role:

In this role you will work closely with our client’s Head of Operations and cross-functional teams including operations, marketing and tech teams. You will provide vital support in optimising their tech platform, analysing data, and ensuring the smooth operation of their CRM and analytics tools.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the analysis of customer, operational, and marketing data, create dynamic dashboards, and help track KPIs across the business.
  • Tech Support & QA: Assist in tech platform projects, conduct quality assurance on new features, troubleshoot issues, and support low-code application enhancements.
  • Marketing Technology (CRM) Support: Help optimise CRM tools for personalised campaigns, assist in campaign testing and setup, and analyse performance metrics.
  • Operational Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to streamline processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven improvements.

  • Duration: 6 months 
  • Work Type: Preferably full-time, but part-time (minimum 3 days per week) is also an option
  • Start date: Mid-January 2025
  • Location: Sydney
  • Work arrangement: Hybrid
  • A monthly allowance will be provided to reimburse some expenses during internship

Requirements

About You:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, DataScience, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or other analytics Software.
  • Basic understanding of tech platforms and an interest in learning more about tech
  • operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with big data preparation and visualisation is a plus.
  • Basic coding skills (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Insider) is a plus.
