As a Machine Learning Engineer you will develop new ML models and collaborate with the Dealing, Business Analysts and our BI Experts. 

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models for trader profiling: analyzing trading strategies, volumes, preferences by country, etc.
• Update and optimize models for quality and performance, integrate models into operational systems
• Collect, clean, and transform data for models
• Monitor model performance and make improvements, ensure code is scalable and secure

Requirements

• Higher education in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field
• Deep understanding of statistical methods and ML algorithms: regressions, classification, clustering
  
• Programming and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries (pandas, NumPy), visualisation (Matplotlib, Seaborn)

Good to have:

• Knowledge of tools and practices in MLOps: pipeline tools (Airflow, MLflow, DVC), containers, orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD
• Monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Deep learning
• Natural language processing (NLP) for sentiment analysis and text data
• Understanding of Feature Store for centralized feature management
• SQL and NoSQL
• Knowledge of Spark or other big data packages
