Data Analytics Internship: Root cause analysis

Introduction

As part of an Operational Excellence project, the main goal of this internship is to support root cause analysis by working with different stakeholders from different sectors (Development & Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Support etc.) within ASML.

Your assignment

You will develop a report for Root Cause Analysis. In particular as part of your assignment you will focus on:

• Data validation and feasibility studies for improvement of data quality.
• Connecting with stakeholders to increase automation and live data visibility.
• Data analysis for internal stakeholders for data obtained via SAP, Spotfire.
• Investigate and improve consistency of data and Interface across Reports and Spotfire dashboards.

This is an apprentice internship to gain work experience, for 6 months and minimum 4 days per week. Starting as soon as possible.

Your profile

To be a perfect match with this internship opportunity, you:

• Are a student studying data analytics (or similar).

• Have knowledge of MS Excel and basic data analysis principles.

• Are analytical and think logically.

• Knowledge of Spotfire, SAP is a bonus.

• Have good communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Other requirements you need to meet

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

• You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
