Data Analyst II – Data Quality Management & Operations 

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for improving healthcare?  WellSky’s Connected Networks organization is looking for a Data Quality Analyst to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry.  In this critical, client-facing role, you will support software solutions and services that benefit thousands of patients and providers across the care continuum.  You will work closely with client leadership, end users, and internal teams to enhance the data quality within our solutions.  With a passion for solving complex data challenges in healthcare, you will conduct outreach and provide training to post-acute providers, perform research and data analysis, and facilitate data integration projects.  

Responsibilities Include:

  • Understand automated tools, integrated data systems, and developing and maintaining databases using SQL server. 
  • Perform day to day data operations to maintain data quality. 
  • Establish trusted relationships with client leadership and end users to increase utilization and improve data quality. 
  • Collaborate cross functionally to develop scalable strategies and process improvement 
  • Provide level 2 and level 3 technical support to internal and external clients. 
  • Document processes, procedures, and application version histories. 
  • Create reports to demonstrate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 
  • 0-2 years of related work experience. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a quick learner of new software tools. 
  • Highly organized, ensuring work is accurate and thorough. 
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for data trends. 
  • Highly motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Demonstrate a bias for action and the ability to meet and exceed deadlines. 
  • Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. 
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and problem-solve effectively. 

Do you stand above the rest? 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in a health care SaaS environment, including familiarity with data integration flow and HL7 standards. 
  • Knowledge of healthcare EMR/EHR solutions and Health Information Management processes. 
  • SalesForce and Atlassian tools experience. 
  • Strong operational process development and project management skills. 
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Working in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned
