Lead Business Analyst (BI architect)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientated Lead Business Analyst (BI Architect) to join our Customer Success Operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of creating and managing complex data models, creating reports, and providing valuable and actionable insight to senior stakeholders. 

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience 
• +5 years’ experience as a Data Engineer or similar role 
• Demonstrable expertise in creating and maintaining complex data models, reports, and dashboards in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. 
• Experience of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes. 
• Experience of SQL, Python and Azure
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. 

What you will be doing in this role?

• Develop, design, and maintain scalable data models, reports, and dashboards in Power BI to support business decision-making. 

• Champion data integrity and governance, ensuring data quality and accuracy 

• Leverage data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary data and information. 

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform leadership strategy 
• Conduct benchmarking projects to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities. 

• Prepare and present analytical findings to senior managers in a clear and concise manner.

About the Team      

You will be part of the Intellectual Property Customer Success Operations Team, supporting +100 colleagues in our Customer Success organization.  The team has eight members, who are located in the United States, UK, Belgrade, Penang and Hyderabad.

Hours of Work  

This is a full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
