Background

At Axis Operations, we strive to maintain a robust and resilient supply chain. To achieve this, we need to optimize our supplier risk assessment processes. We believe that artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) can play a crucial role in predicting supplier performance and identifying potential risks.

Goal

The aim of this thesis is to develop an advanced risk assessment model that incorporates machine learning algorithms to predict supplier performance and potential risks. This includes analyzing historical supplier data, creating a comprehensive risk scoring system, designing predictive models for early risk detection, recommending mitigation strategies, developing an AI model to prioritize suppliers for audits, and designing AI-assisted audit checklists.

Educational Background

Master's or Bachelor’s engineering students in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Risk, Quality or similar.
