Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Support Team Lead to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Individual contributor supporting team deliverables

  • Mentors and develops team members

  • Serves as escalation point for complex issues

  • Defines and measures success criteria for projects, including supervising others’ work

  • Follows prescribed directions and tasks around people leadership

  • Evaluates new tools and systems

  • Builds productive relationships with cross-functional teams

  • Provides feedback to internal stakeholders that positively influences product and solution capabilities and offerings.

Technical Proficiency

  • RHCA/RHCE-level Linux system administration proficiency 

  • CKA-level Kubernetes proficiency

  • SysOps Associate-level cert proficiency with at least one cloud (AWS, Google, Azure)

  • Build instances in the Sandbox environment from scratch to replicate and test customer use cases without assistance, in AWS, building servers, attaching storage, and configuring load balancing in line with security best practices.  

  • VM infrastructure familiarity   

  • Scripting language proficiency

    • Be able to break down basic language in scripting to achieve a goal.      

  • Expertise with authentication technologies (SAML, OAUTH, LDAP).

  • Python debugging 

  • Experience with conda installs

  • Networking - Comfortable enough to efficiently guide customers through the appropriate troubleshooting path to identify networking issues with minimal back-and-forth or escalation.  Examples include:

    • Added the iptable rule but the connection is not working.       

    • More complex certificate configuration and troubleshooting        

  • Perform upgrades of Anaconda enterprise applications on customer infrastructure. 

  • Anaconda certification (Conda Essentials, Python Fundamentals for Data Analysis, Math Fundamentals for Data Science, etc.)   

  • Able to troubleshoot SSO issues and come up with a fix.        

  • Be able to break down database issues based on dependencies to offer the best solution to different stakeholders as appropriate.        

  • Troubleshoot issues and demo GPU usage to customers.
