East Midlands Specialist Learning and Development Hub (EMSLDH) offer specialist learning and development to support the transformation of professional policing practice.
As a Data Analyst for EMSLDH, you will provide invaluable analytical reports to various teams and forces across the East Midlands, developing and implementing recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide advice to relevant teams on appropriate statistical techniques and interpretation of results.
- To support the Senior Management Team by identifying suitable performance measures and statistical tools.
- To carry-out ‘future scanning’ to pick up emerging socio-economic changes.
The must haves
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a related subject, or relevant work experience to that level.
- Experience of conducting in depth analysis using a variety of analysis tools.
- Ability to extract and combine large and complex datasets using appropriate software.
