We’re looking for a Azure Data Engineer and SQL DBA to work 100% remotely for an American Insurance company 

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, individual contributor, multi-tasker, and  demonstrated team-player. You will be a senior developer in the team responsible for the  development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should  excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding  communication skills.

• Minimum of 6+ years of IT Experience , 4+ Years of Experience as DBA and 2+ years of 
Public Cloud Experience
• Strong Experience with Data base technologies (SQL/Oracle/RDBMS/Big-Data) 
• Strong Familiarity with SQL DBA Administration tasks 
• Familiarity with Azure SQL offerings /Tools like PaaS SQL / SQL MI / DMA-DMS 
• SQL Server (SQL Server 2008 to SQL Server 2016) experience on the server 
(cluster\Standalone) and client machines, providing connections and managing databases
• Proficiency and expertise in SQL Server Replication technologies (SQL Always On , Mirroring, 
Log-Shipping, Backup/Recovery and planning
• Server Management Studio, SQL Server Profiler, SQL Server Agent, SQL server configuration 
etc
• Software Development experience using Microsoft technology stack (C#, ASP.NET, SQL 
Server etc…) is Plus 
• 2+ years of working in an onsite-offshore model.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent written skills and familiarity with Architecture tools (Visio/PPT etc..) 
• Travel to customer site required as needed (25%) 
• Azure or AWS Solution Architect certification is preferred
