Could you be the full-time GSI Key User in Astana we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Dilyara Tobayakova, GSI Site Leader, and work alongside hard-working and friendly teammates.

You'll work on supporting colleagues with mastering analytical tools. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance etc.), and manage analytical tools. You’ll specifically take care testing new functionality, but also capture user data through surveys.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Appropriate support to end-users concerning usage of Power BI and other digital tools;
  • Train end-users for Power BI and IS tool;
  • Test the new functionalities or other upgrades of the solution;
  • Propose IS or IT upgrades coming from expertise or other workshops (Kaizen);
  • Accountable for process solving issues;
  • Share best practices & upgrade proposal;
  • Drive appropriate corrective action whenever it occurs;
  • Put in place and manage IS usage control, ensuring that end-users are well using the system.


Requirements:

  • Excel acumen: DAX, Power Query, Power Pivot
  • English proficiency – daily calls with international IT support teams
  • Logical and sense of prioritization (urgent vs important)
  • Teamwork and collaboration with other functions
  • Capacity to train end-users and follow-up their technical development
  • ERP architecture understanding or ability to use ERP (desirable)
  • Higher Education
