Your day to day will consist of... 

• Shape the architecture strategy by participating in quarterly and annual planning workshops, contributing to both the data and cloud strategy to leverage advanced analytics on large-scale datasets

• Design and govern the AI & ML reference architecture, including architecture patterns, principles, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with organisational standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Solution Designers, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects to deliver scalable and reusable AI frameworks for real-time and batch solutions

• Implement and manage AI & ML operational frameworks (ML/AI Ops), integrating cutting-edge tools to streamline deployment and operational processes

• Contribute to the architecture design within an Agile Delivery Tribe, working hands-on with AI & ML solutions while ensuring alignment with CI/CD tools and methodologies

What makes you perfect for the role? 

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on delivering AI & ML solutions, architecture, and design

• Proven expertise in AI/GenAI solutions, including creating architectures that balance business needs with cost, capability, and risk

• Strong hands-on experience with AI & ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, as well as cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure

• Demonstrated ability to lead AI Solution Architects, ensuring designs prioritise security, scalability, ethics, and data governance

• Experience working with stakeholders to create technical visions, high-level architectures, and roadmaps for large-scale programs

• Solid understanding of MLOps, including lifecycle management, CI/CD automation, and operational monitoring of AI solutions
