The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As the TEBG Customer Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Create and maintain customer hierarchy and attribution that will enable business and commercial center success
• Develop a deep understanding of the process steps to accurately define full customer hierarchy and attribution globally
• Interact with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy, document areas of improvement and implement best practices
• Lead yearly efforts to revalidate customer attributes at a global level
• Create and maintain audit reports to capture new customers to align to hierarchy and assign appropriate attributes

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• A bachelor level university / college degree
• At least two (2) years total work experience in reporting, analytics, or business analyst roles in a private, public, government or military environment
• Advanced English level (C1)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowledge of (TEBG) business processes, goals, and metrics
• Proficiency or strong desire to learn data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Webi, SQL, Excel)
• Familiarity with back-end data structures
• Ability to lead cross functional discussions to a decision that best benefits TEBG
• Ability to execute multiple projects while meeting due dates
• Strong analytical competencies and aptitude for data analysis
